People with Matches that are MIA
The following are 2013B star note serial numbers that have either one or both banknote owners that have not responded to my emails that they have one half of a matched pair (OR) they were on the old Zegers/Winograd list and their contact info is missing.
48 potential matched pairs, which if they were put together, graded and auctioned for an average of $5,000 would come to a total of $240,000.

Sometimes when two people start negotiating what they will do with their matched pair, they can reach an impass. Perhaps both want to buy the bill from the other guy, or they are only interested in selling and are asking an unreasonable price, or simply 'something about the other guy' breeds mistrust. Aside: kinda reminds me on online dating.
Anyhow, one such impass has resulted in one bill owner putting their note up for auction on Ebay for $2,450. The bill is considered Mint State as it was taken directly from a new (BEP) bundle of bills. That auction is [HERE]
The matched pair for serial number was verified on May 6th in this [blog post]. All I can disclose is that the other bill owner is eager in selling the pair at auction.
