PROJECT 2013B has it's 2nd confirmed match!
The 'Washington DC' printed 2013B star note with serial number 07096490 was recently submitted which matched the 'Fort Worth' printed note that was already in the database. Photos of the bills from both parties officially confirmed a match today.
It also marks only the 2nd confirmed pair that is part of run #3 of the duplicated serial numbers that were printed. The 3rd run covered the serial number range of 06400001* to 09600000*.
