The following are 2013B star note serial numbers that have either one or both banknote owners that have not responded to my emails that they have one half of a matched pair, OR, they were on the old (defunct) Zegers/Winograd list and their contact info is missing.
Found it on Amazon
I remember something similar in the 1970s, but it had not voice.
