Missing: JP in Indiana

PROJECT 2013B is a simple project, with very simple steps:

1) You register your serial number for you 2013 B $1 star notes here and include you email contact information
2) You wait for notification from PROJECT 2013B the minute a matching note is found (the Washington DC or Fort Worth note that has the same serial number as your note)
3) Critical: When you get notified of a match, YOU RESPOND TO THE EMAIL

Before PROJECT 2013B stepped in and carried on where the Zegers/Winograd project left off, a match was found between two owners for serial number 03848262. Numerous attempts to contact "JP in Indiana" were made by the previous list owner. After that failed JP>IN was removed from the list and the other note holder asked to be removed from the list, took his ball and went home.

I recently found the other note holder on Ebay, discovered the story of "JP in Indiana", and attempted to contact him on 4 separate occasions. Given how several list members seem to know other list members, here is my LAST attempt to find "JP in Indiana". So if you happen to know "JP in Indiana" have him contact PROJECT 2013B!

As a side note:  If you have notes registered in the PROJECT 2013B database, PLEASE check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' email folder periodically in you email program/site.  There is NO guarantee that email notification from PROJECT 2013B will not end up labelled as spam and end up in your junk/spam folder, so please be diligent about this, or, subscribe to this website's 'updates by email' FREE service.  Once you subscribe, you should receive an email asking you to verify that you really do want to subscribe within 10 or so minutes. If you do not see the email, but find it in your junk or spam folder, be sure to use your email program's tool that either 'whitelists' the email, or in the case of Hotmail/Outlook, there should be a menu bar that allows you to mark it as "Not Junk".  From that point on the email updates should flow straight to your inbox.

A third alternative is to simply check the online database periodically .  Click on the tab labelled "MatchMaking" and you will see a list of serial numbers in which a matching pair was found but not fully verified yet, with one or both parties not responding yet to their intent to buy, sell or hold.

June 2023 Update:  JP>IN has now been removed from the list.  No response in over a year, so I have to assume he is either dead, ignorant, or a scammer.
