NEW Streamlined Submission Form

As volumes of entries have shot up in recent months, the number of errors found in submitted data has also shot up. To cut down on this and to also make submitting multiple bills easier, I have removed non-essential input data such as your name, city, state and country. 

A new automatically 5-character generated Owner ID will appear in the main spreadsheet, for all new entries starting today.  As the number of submissions have grown, the use of owner initials and state initials is not unique enough if there happens to be 2 or more people with the same initials from the same state.  Please note that your unique 5-character ID is tied to the email address you provide.  If you use a different email address for newer submissions, that email address will have a different 5-character ID.  

If you forget your ID, you can always search by your bill's serial number, or the date submitted.
