The LARGEST database of 2013 Duplicated Serial Number Star Notes in the world!

BULK Submissions

Some visitors to the site have asked what their options are if they have a large number of bills to submit to the database. Firstly, do NOT ask this if you have less than say 20 bills to add. One of my driving forces to step in and keep the 2013B list alive was I saw a way I could automate it while not consuming HOURS of time each day maintaining it like the previous list owner. Having said that, if you do have a large number of bills to submit to the database you have these two options:

1) Using the submission form like everyone else. I have had some users enter over 100 bills using this method. When you click the link to submit another bill, most of your information is repeated once you enter your email address (at least if you use the Chrome browser). There is an added benefit that if your serial number is invalid, or not in the valid serial number range that applies to the 2013B printing error, the form will tell you so. Valid serial number ranges are discussed here: ABOUT 2013B  There is no 'rule' that says you have to enter everything in one day.

2) The spreadsheet method. I need a MINIMUM of 3 pieces of information: the serial number (obviously), the faceplate alpha-numeric number (include any characters like FW), and the backplate number (which is found on the back of the bill).

PLEASE NOTE: the bill MUST have a B seal, it MUST be series 2013, and it MUST be a dollar bill. See the image below for locations.

FORMAT: You can either send a spreadsheet, or a text file. If you are sending a text file, it MUST be organized with the 3 pieces of information per serial number per row.  Ideally seperate the 3 pieces of information with a semi-colon.  See this handy-dandy example below:

Serial number; faceplate; backplate
07123456; FWD106; 3
04123456; FWC105; 2
09123456; i106; 3

Once you have your information organized, send me your email address through my contact form and I will send you the email address of where to send your spreadsheet (or text file) to.  Do not try adding your text file contents to the contact form as I am not sure it is large enough to handle that amount of information.  PLEASE keep a copy of the spreadsheet (or text file) until you have received confirmation that your information has been added to the database.

Additional Information: Your first name, and the state you live in, are handy in that I use it to create an 'owner ID' in the database. Feel free to include the city (just for my own curiosity). You can add this information just as part of your email message... no need to add it as part of the spreadsheet or text file you send me.

Cheers, and hope to hear from you soon!

Regards,
'Johnny'
