Just a quick note on the importance of checking your spam folder! When a match is found for your bill's serial number you will be contacted through the email address you have on file with Project 2013B. There have been several occurrences where the notification email has gone to the spam folder instead of the inbox. So be on the look out for "Project 2013B" in the subject line if you happen to be the holder of a matching serial numbered bill in the database. Also, if you do find a notification email in your spam folder, be sure to mark it as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam" depending on what email service you use. There is usually at least one follow-up email with the email address of the other bill owner once their bill has been verified via a photo.
When contact hasn't been established through any of the multiple email accounts I have, the final attempt will be a blog post here similar to this one: JP in Indiana
If you are not a repeat visitor of this blog, you can subscribe to blog updates by email. Just visit the blog, and scroll down to the bottom of the page for the "Updates by email" mini-form. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox within 5 minutes, again, check your spam folder. If it is there, select the email and mark it as "Not Junk" (for hotmail users), or "Not Spam" (for Yahoo users), or you might have to "Whitelist" the email address. From that point on, the updates should flow through to your inbox.
Whenever a pair of matching serial numbers are found in the database, they will show up on the spreadsheet tab named "Matchmaking". You can check it here now, through this link that will take you directly to that page: Matchmaking
