This exceptional matched pair of 2013 New York Federal Reserve $1 “star note” error bills (Fr. 3001-B★ and Fr. 3002-B★), each bearing the rare duplicate serial number and professionally graded PCGS Very Fine 30, and Very Fine 25, is now live in a GreatCollections auction—with only 4 bids so far and set to close on Sunday, July 6th, 2025 at 7:50 PM PT. Last month was the last time a pair graded 30/25 sold at Great Collections. Final bid at that auction was for $1670 (before the 12.5 percent buyer's premium).
